So many people have asked for another 'Mindfulness in the Woods' event - and we are delighted to announce another date ... Saturday 23rd September 2017.

Combining mindfulness with Jack Raven Bushcraft's wealth of expertise of the natural world, we will introduce you to some simple ways to ‘wake up the senses’.

The woods are beautiful in autumn, as the leaves start to change colour and a wealth of berries emerge. This is the perfect setting for a day of mindful walking, foraging and gentle mindfulness practice. A delicious wild food lunch is also included.

The day will enable you to re-connect with the natural elements and promotes a profound sense of balance, peace and harmony.
