Hello, I’m Jayne Dunsbee

I’m a mindfulness specialist, forest therapy guide, coach-mentor and scientist … with a passion for helping people to live the best life possible.
I spent almost 25 years as scientist in one of the world’s top global pharmaceutical organisations. I honoured this passion by contributing to the development of life-enhancing medicines to help patients live their best life possible. I also specialised in the ‘human elements’ of organisational change, helping people to make positive transitions. When my role was eliminated due to significant organisational downsizing, I retrained to equip myself accordingly.
Inspirational Changes was born in 2009 – so I continue to help others to live the best lives possible, professionally as well as personally.
I joined the outplacement company, which supported me through my own career transition, as an associate career consultant. I subsequently became their mindfulness specialist. I run weekly mindfulness workshops and regular practice sessions, as well as 1:1 mindful coaching.
I also work with a wide range of clients across diverse sectors. I help them bring mindfulness into their organisations, as well as enjoying exploring Forest Therapy.
My coaching training includes an Advanced Diploma in Professional Coach-Mentoring and a range of psychometric approaches.
I am a member of the Association for Coaching and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.
I trained with the University of Bangor and Oxford Mindfulness Centre, to teach Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT)-based approaches.
I follow the ‘Good Practice Guidelines’ and I am a member of the Mindfulness Association.
My training is ongoing via CPD and I have both a coaching and a mindfulness supervisor.
I trained with the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy (ANFT) and am a Certified Nature and Forest Therapy Guide. I am the only Certified Guide in Kent and one of just a handful in the UK - and even across the whole globe there are only several hundred Guides, so I am privileged to be a part of this community.
Please contact me so we can explore how we can work together.
